Alphacam Cabinet Door Manufacturing

Alphacam Cabinet Door Manufacturing (CDM) is an innovative panel door program for Alphacam. It enables door manufacturers to take full advantage of Alphacam, the comprehensive and fully-featured CAD/CAM system for use with Microsoft Windows platforms. Alphacam integrates with any production control software and all CNC machines.

CDM provides user with a great deal of production flexibility, ensuring that even the shortest runs can be achieved without any loss of efficiency. All that is necessary is to select a door design, either from the CDM extensive style library or from a company's own CDM created inventory, and introduce the required parameters.

Doors and drawer fronts can be produced individually or nested to ensure optimal use of each panel.

CDM also has an order-entry facility which provides information for built-in, fully-customizable bar coding and part-labeling functions, as well as for CDM's reporting function, enabling the generation of production management reports.
